Mickey Lawler visits Lake to Lake Guild

Lake to Lake Quilt Guild  is a guild, 63 members strong, located in Gorham, NY.   They meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 10 AM at the Gorham Methodist Church.   You can read more about them at their website...www.lake2lakequiltguild.com

Recently this guild hosted Mickey Lawler a well known quilt artist who specializes in painted fabrics.  Mickey gave a lecture and held a workshop.

A national teacher is a great way to spark interest in new techniques and to grow your guild membership.   Sharing a national teacher with another guild helps on the expenses which is a benefit to all.   Resources are available to help locate the perfect teacher for your guild and manynof thewe can be found on our Quilters Consortium website at http://www.qcnys.org

Thanks to Liz Scott for the photos you will see below, of members enjoying their day with Mickey Lawler
